| On September 11th we will once again be joining the Austin Farmers' Market. For more information and directions, please go to the markets' web site: austinfarmersmarket.org
Visit us at the Westlake Farmers Market beginning September 18th. It is going to be in a new location, and will soon have a totally new name--the Sunset Valley Farmers Market. But the location and name change are secondary; right now, in order for anyone who is looking to find our flowers, or get directions to that market, please see their web site: westlakefarmersmarket.com
McCall Creek Farms is Mark and Cathy Itz's farm, where our "Texas Garden Bouquets" are available at their farm stand on US 281 North, 3 miles north from Blanco. For directions to the farm stand, the McCall Creek Farm web site is: mccallcreekfarms.com
Texas Specialty Cut Flowers (Arnosky Family Farms) and McCall Creek Farm are part of the future of agritourism in Blanco County, and so is Hill Country Lavender. Their web site is: hillcountrylavender.com. Hill Country Lavender is the baby of the National Geographic Photographer Robb Kendrick and his wife Jeannie Ralston. Robb shot the National Geographic article on lavender in Provence. Also in the same issue was an article about a perfume factory, which Robb photographed. Folks hear about Hill Country Lavender and they hear about Arnosky Family Farms. By the way, the family photo of us on our home page was shot by Robb!
